Website Enquiry Not Working

    Hello, I created a business which I owe to do a test on how the enquiry´s are seen in email, make sure that they work…

    So I published the place and send the enquiry but i Have not received the email, nor to the Admin email neither the business email, am I missing a configuration for this?

    Hello,

    Please install the Email Log plugin from wp.org to make a log of the emails that your site is creating.

    There are several possible reasons for the issue you describe.

    1. Host blocking – The host may be blocking the email from being sent. In this case you can make alterations to the subject and body, and if that doesn’t work, contact the host to request support.

    2. GD not creating the email – unless changes have been made to the plugin files, the function should work, but in rare cases if the email is not listed in the log, we can take a deeper look to identify the issue.

    In both cases the log helps everyone understand where the problem is, so, install the log and then try to send an enquiry and let us know what you find iout.

    Alex thanks so much for your prompt and quick response! I have installed the log, and sent to enquirys to La Pader: https://sanmiguelmarket.com/lugares/mexico/guanajuato/san-miguel-de-allende/galerias-arte/la-pader/

    And the log its empty

    https not properly setup.

    In Settings > Generales you had both

    Dirección de WordPress (URL) and Dirección del sitio (URL) with http instead of https.

    it works now.

    I did received the email of the test!! Thanks! Yes we moved from http to https did not realize I had to change that, sorry for the trouble and really really thank you!!
