no, that is not possible, because the user isn’t really located in a city.

For example if his detected location is between 2 cities and the radius is big enough to cover them both, search will return listings from both cities.

If there are no listings in the radius around his detected location, than he’s redirected to the closest city in your database with listings. In that case the city name appears in the near field.

I believe this happens because the IP is checked too.

In a normal situation 2 user wouldn’t share the same IP.

Not sure though, I’ll ask to the developers to confirm.
