    please always update all your add-ons. You should never run outdated add-ons with the latest core.

    Whoop is a theme, you cannot deactivate without activating another theme.

    You don’t really need to do it unless you want the pre-defined profile custom fields.

    You can take a backup if you want to be safer, but options are saved in the database and activating another theme and re-activating whoop should not delete what you previously had saved.

    Hi,

    I see the ads appearing momentarely and than being stripped away. I would ask for help to the Ads network support. I don’t see anything in GeoDirectory or the theme that could be causing this.

    To remove the header and footer from specific page, I believe it is better to proceed with CSS.

    If you provide an example URL I’ll provide the code.

    I would say that your Cloudways account should be enough. If it isn’t you can upgrade to the 2GB account.

    Hi,

    an high end VPS would have at least 4GB of Ram and possibly SSD drives. Dedicated server normally have 8GB of Ram and above.

    Our dedicated server where we host this forum has 24gb of RAM.

    GD Business hours is not included in membership. We didn’t develop it.

    In GeoDirectory >> Buddypress Integration, this option should be enabled : Link blog author link to the BuddyPress profile link.

    It is not on your website.

    Hi,

    IMPORTANT

    If used with GD + BBpress + BuddyPress and possibly several add-ons, this is no tool for a shared hosting or the average VPS. Having a Directory, Forum and Social Network requires resources so make sure to use at least a High End VPS or a beefier Dedicated Server.

    This is duly noted in Whoop documentation in the Prerequisites section: https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/whoop-theme-overview/

    Cloudways is giving you suggestions based on their WordPress knowledge. They have no knowledge of GeoDirectory, so please disregard their suggestions.

    W3tc is not compatible with GeoDirectory. Only GD Booster is.
