HI,
please try to disable that plugin and see if the page actually is a 404 not found, if it is, please provide wp admin credentials in a private reply and we’ll check where the problem is coming from.
If instead after removing that plugin the pages show up fine, you should then remove that plugin because it doesn’t work properly, or ask for support to its author.
Let us know,
Thanks

Hi,
1) you have several options here.
Some that comes to my mind are:
a) Use a marker with an icon that identify the category and hide the text
b) Arrange them so that they stack on top of each other and the text become readable
c) Hide them completely on mobile2) you need to modify the file inc/geodirectory-compatibility.php
(to be reapplied after each update of the theme)
Thanks
it can be made full width, but everything below the map and search will be full width too…
Hi Josh,
you are still using the license keys from your old expired subscription. When you bought the new subscription on November you didn’t renew you old license, but bought a new license.
You need to deactivate old licenses, add and activate the new licenses and all will work fine.
You can find them here: https://wpgeodirectory.com/your-account/

I didn’t read that sorry.
I changed the option on your popular post view widget from grid 2 columns to grid 3 columns.
What I meant that required a customization is your header design changes.
Thanks
That’s a limit of your theme. Its page template doesn’t allow for anything like that.
If you wish to get something similar, you have the option to use directory starter for example.
Thanks
This is a customization request of your home page, not a support request.
Please contact and hire a freelancer to help you with customization. Here you can find a good list of them:

yes it should be possible, what information wasn’t imported? Did you recreate the same custom fields in V2?
Hi,
your theme was behaving strangely for the top part (where the map is) and I fixed that with this custom css:
.geodir_full_page { width: 100%; }The content part was broken because you had both right and left sidebar enabled at 30% width and the content part at 70%, that’s equal 130% and it’s not possible.
I disabled the left sidebar and resized the content area to 65% and now everything looks as it should.
Thanks
I updated the advance search add-on that was still outdated, activated GeoDirectory and activated all add-ons one by one and everything works fine.
Make sure not to activate the GD Booster plugin, because that GoDaddy plan comes with built in cache and you can’t have more than 1.
Unless you can tell me 100% how to recreate the error, I won’t be able to assist. Bugs in applications will always generate an error when triggered, not randomly.
Thanks
GeoDirectory is deactivated on your website.
You can’t activate add-ons with the core plugin deactivated.
Thanks
please zip the log before attaching it.
TBH with you, I’d move away from GoDaddy and it is 99.9% possible that the problem will go away without doing anything else.
I never had very good experiences with their servers.
p.s. the site is working fine for me, I browsed several pages and none gave any error…
Hi Jason,
502 gateway error is not an application error it is a server error. Did you ask support to your hosting provider at least to ask what they see in their logs?
I suggest that you read this article to learn more about 502 errors: https://kinsta.com/blog/502-bad-gateway/
Let us know,
Thanks
