Hi Urbafix,
as far as I can understand the function works, what is not working is the s2members conditional check.
I think it would be appropirate to ask for support to s2members author.
Me for example I’ve never used that plugin, so I can’t really support it.
Thank you
You are welcome! 🙂
Hi,
the project is stopped as stated in comments of that request.
If we had find one easy to customize, we would have already done it.
We will keep our eyes open, but at the moment there are no reliable multivendor booking plugins (which is what is really needed) for WordPress that I know.
Thanks
Hi,
you must create at least 1 Place Category and assign at least 1 category to each listing.
You have no Place Categories.
Thanks
Hi,
all these strings can be translated from the back end directly.
Are you developing a multilanguage site or just a single translation?
Thanks
Hi Joel,
I just tested here: http://wpgeo.directory/attractions/?sort_by=post_title_asc
with latest everything and without that function and it works.
Could you please provide a URL and wp admin credentials for us to see?
Thanks
Hi,
please provide a link and wp admin credentials in a private reply and we will have a look.
Thanks
Hi,
the culprit is W3 Total Cache. GeoDirectory is only compatible with GD Booster.
Any other caching plugin will end up breaking it.
Thanks
April 11, 2015 at 6:02 pm in reply to: Split: Importing more then one line in post_content column #36916Hi Immortality,
We had a look at the issue of the multiple line formatting and we fixed it. Stiofan is adding the fix right now to your website.
However there are several other things wrong in your install.
1) plugins outdated. You should always keep them up to date. I’ve updated them all now. Please go to GeoDirectory >> Autoupdates and add your wpgeodirectory forum password (the password used to access this website) so you will be able to easily update in the future.
2) I think you deavtivated MultiLocation while you had several issues with your location. You had “city: – region: – country: Malaysia. You can’t have fake locations in your database. In addition you had entered Kuala Lumpur several times. I reactivated multilocations and cleaned that out for you, merging all duplicates, you still have a wrong location though klcc, kuala lumpur, Malaysia. Please correct that using only locations as returned by Google Maps API.
3) The CSV file attached was badly formatted (description), the categories in there are not present in the db (categories must be created in advance) and the location entered was incorrect. You must enter location exactly as spelled in location manager. Example:
City : Kuala Lumpur
Region: Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur
Country: MalaysiaMake sure to only use openoffice or libreoffice to create/edit CSV files. To add new lines in post_content, simply click ctrl + enter where you want the parapgraph to end.
Thanks
All your Events now don’t have an event category and 1 catgeory is mandatory for all listings.
Thanks
I had a look too and I can’t find anything obvious.
I’ve tried to recreate it on my tests sites and I can’t.
Stiofan is alerted and will look at this asap.
We will let you know once it’s fixed.
Thanks for your patience,
You can show Special Offer text by going to GeoDirectory >> Place Settings >> Special Offers (Text Area) >> Show on listing page >> Yes.
This however will show the special offer in each listings page/widget.
Having them show only on that1 list would require a customization.
Thanks
Hi,
that seems to be a bug when listview is selected. I momentarely selected gridview 2 columns and seems fine.
I’ve reported the listview bug to the devs.
Thanks for spotting this.
Excellent, just FYI, we strongly suggest to update your core plugin to latest version.
Thanks 🙂
