    what do you mean by: the upload box does not allow it to be picked

    Was the back prior to version 1.3?

    In case it was, that is most likely the reason. Until 1.3 our custom database tables did have the wp_ prefix and some backup tools where ignoring them.

    Honestly I never tested Vaultpress in the past…

    Our database structure is fully compatible with wordpress standards, so it should work with any backup tool.

    If you could share wp admin credentials and link of a website where we can see the effect of restoring a back up from vaultpress, we could maybe spot the reason, but it could be dependent from their technology.

    So I can’t promise anything.

    Hi,

    yes basically it doesn’t work with the MultiLocation addon installed unless you disable varnish on all pages that use SESSIONS (basically the entire directory).

    hi,

    you still had old database structure, plus you had the listing title and address also added as tags. Not sure that was causing the problem, but I deleted them from tags.

    After running the Multisite DB Convertion fix in GD Tools and saved info again, it worked as expected.

    Let us know if you see other issues or if we can set this as resolved.
