I see that you have all sort of custom templates in your website and I can’t really get a hold of what’s been done, but the function provided will work only if the hook is still intact in the template functions.
The only way for me to check would be to have FTP access too.

please provide the CSV file that you are trying to upload (make sure to zip it before uploading or it will be blocked).
I see you are using excel and that could be the problem. Please read documentation about CSV: http://docs.wpgeodirectory.com/core-general/#csv

ThxThe double map is a small issue with the multinews compatibility pack. You should ask Momizat (author of it) to have a quick look.
We had the same problem with all compatibility plugin after the release of V 1.3..
You should tell him that a location page template has been added and the compatibility tweaks made for the home should be added for this location page template too:
He should look for anything starting “geodir_home_” and it should be duplicated for “geodir_location_”
example:
remove_action( ‘geodir_location_before_main_content’, ‘geodir_action_geodir_sidebar_home_top’, 10 );
remove_action( ‘geodir_home_before_main_content’, ‘geodir_action_geodir_sidebar_home_top’, 10 );Should take him 5 minutes.

Please tell to your hosting provider that: selling a server that in 120 seconds is only able to enter 270 rows from a CSV into a database table is not normal… especially if the name of such server plan is “elite”.
I warmely suggest to change to at least a decent VPS, possibly by someone that doesn’t ripp off their customers.

it depends how many rows you are trying to add and how long it takes to that server to add each of them.
If the number of row multiplicated by the time needed to enter each row is higher than 120s than it will fail…
What kind of server is hosting your website? Dedicated, VPS or shared?
Have you considered breaking down the CSV files?

yes I can confirm the same happens in our demo.
I don’t know if it’s Flexslider plugin or if GeoDirectory way of using it that creates this.

The page showing results near you and within the radius you defined is http://wheretobaby.com/location/me/
That is correct if you have GeoLocation enabled.
