HI,
yes we will notify on this topic as soon as solved. We can’t really give a timing before we dig into the problem, but we will try to fix it as soon as possible.
Thanks
I’m actually flagging this for developers as a bug. There is too much inconsistency in our demo too.
Apparently the address lenght is determining the picture size.
Buddakan is bigger than Best Western Center City Hotel even though images are identical in size and shape.
Thanks for bringing this to our attention.
Hi Delek,
what do you mean by turn on POI?
Currently we only provide integration with Google Maps API for displaying maps and to fetch lat and longs of addresses. We don’t query the Google Place API anywhere…
Listings must be entered by the site admin directly.
Let us know,
Thanks
Hi Micheal,
the system crops pictures shown in the map info window. There is no way to do what you are looking for, because you are uploading portrait size pictures, while the map bubble crops them as landscape pictures.
Just edit them with Photoshop or similar photo editing tool to look exactly as you wish BEFORE uploading them.
That is the only way tyo achieve what you are looking for.
The system doesn’t provide an option to show a custom size in the info windows, I’m sorry.
Thanks
To all membees interested, Buddypress addon is 75% done.
Please see image attached for Settings page and demo here: http://dropct.com/enfold/members/posh-john/reviews/events/
We are missing few details. The reviews part in the member profile is still incomplete, so please keep that in mind.
In the listings part, when one will visit his own profile it will have edit and delete buttons for all listings he submitted. This is also missing now.
Tracking of both comments and new listing submission should already be working fine.
Registration on that website is enabled so feel free to create a user, give it a try and report anything wrong you encounter.
Thank you!
I’m not sure that was the problem, it was only preventing me to see why the stars are not 100% highlighted, but it was working just like now.
Unfortunately I can’t find what’s causing it and I have to ask to Stiofan to check this for us.
For the marker cluster problem I see that is missing 2 listings. You have 202 places in the db and the map is showing 200.
I also see that place category have few problems of missing icons. Most have an icon path, but the image can’t be found in that path: Example: https://www.bluestarguide.com/wp-content/uploadshttp://www.bluestarguide.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/11/Attractions.png
— Psychotherapy Services doesn’t have an icon at all. I’m not sure this could be causing the problem, but you should fix it anyway.
Do you have any way to identify which places are missing from the map?
Let us know.
Thx
Now it appears to be working to me, but the css is showing only a small portion of the star highlighted. (see image attached)
Please remove whatever is preventing me to right click on your website or I can’t debug your css.
Thanks
You can import 1 listing at a time through its URL via the front end add listing page.
It isn’t a tool to bulk scrape from yelp’s API.
Thx
I think the problem is related to : https://wpgeodirectory.com/support/topic/ratings-not-working/#post-27286

Can you please try disabling GD Booster and let us know? I see several errors apparently coming from it.
If you can provide wp admin and credentials I’ll ask Stiofan to have a look why this errors.
Thanks
hi,
this are both z-index and position problems in all these elements.
I’ve tried thinking of a solution, but I couldn’t find one. In addition, it is particualrly difficult to debug css when it’s minified. I’d disable that plugin at least until your website is in development.
Let us know,
Thx
Hi,
there seems to be a random issue with GD booster and the google recaptcha API.
Stiofan is looking into it.
Thx
This reply has been marked as private.Hi,
unfortunately it is impossible to tell google which marker to use because it is already using both.
Both the parent and sub category markers are visible, however one is on top of the other and we have no way to tell which one should be on top.
Thanks
January 12, 2015 at 7:20 pm in reply to: Does purchase of Avada child theme and comp plugin qualify for support? #27198Hi,
Support for the free plugin is free, as you can see the forum for the core plugin is public.
Purchasing the Avada Child theme will entitle you to get support and updates for that too.
Thanks
