please install wp easy updates and add/activate licenses for all your GD add-ons. You’l be prompted with udpates, because you are using old versions of the add-ons with the latest version of the core plugin.

That is most likely where the problem is coming from. In each coupon there should be the prices that each coupon is for and currently in your site that option is empty.

If custom fields are not saving, there could be a writing permission problem for the db user too. In that case only the server admin could fix similar things.

We suggest to avoid using a plugin for backups of big websites. It is better to do it as server level. Please ask to your server admin for more info about it. They should be able to assist with this.
