You should read documentation before accusing other of not knowing their product or not doing their job.
I didn’t notice you entered wrong lat and long, coordinate. That’s really a though mistake to make, cause there is a button to set them automatically.
all I noticed was that your database was empty.
Dummy data cannot be inserted before setting default location. The plugin basically will not work until you enter the default location.

your database is totally empty, there are no records to show…
So the plugin isn’t doing anything wrong.
Please insert either dummy data or some records of yours if you want it to show anything.
@celestinaadams without seeing your website is hard to tell if you have his same problem or anything else… Please also add wp admin credentials.

yes multilocation is mandatory if you have more than 1 city.
The location being switched when visiting a place is an error and will be fixed with next version (release probably today or latest tomorrow)

Maybe I didn’t understand your last statement.
You said that refreshing permalinks made it work again. Did I understand wrong?
Well, whenever you activate a plugin that introduce new htaccess rules for permalinks, like woocommerce or GeoDirectory, it isn’t a bad idea to go save permalinks.
Doesn’t seems like a bug to me…

Unfortunately the website is in Italian only.
Of course they are proficient in english and can provide all answer in english.
I think you can use googletranslate to workaround this problem. I suggested him to do an english version too.
