IPN (istant payment notification) is what paypal use to send 3rd party systems (like GD) notifications about payment, renewals, upgrades and cancellations.

It must be turned on or paypal will not communicate with the plugin. If you had IPN turned off when he made the payment, the listing should have remained in draft as non paid.

TBH I didn’t even know it could be turned off.

Let us know if you still have problems after turning it on. I also asked to Stiofan to follow up, there is no one in our team than is more qualified than Stiofan to solve any problem related to GD.

it looks like there is a PHP fatal error on that page. The footer is missing too. It could be a conflict with another plugin.

Do you have access to an error log?

If you provide wp-admin and FTP credentials we will debug it.
