I think it depends on the theme, but normally the category image only appears in listings pages and search results pages (archives).

there is no way to add listing from the Buddypress dashboard. The only page users can submit listings from is the “add listing” page.
Making the add listing form work in a custom buddypress profile tab would require a major customization that here wouldn’t be supported.

They are in custom database tables, so no that’s not possible.

we did provide a refund, however I would like to add something for clarity.
The only way Whoop can mislead someone into thinking they won’t need add-ons to enjoy all features, are those who ASSUME without reading the product description.
If you would have read the product description before buying, there was no way to be mislead.

What are you using now as file encoding? Did you try to change it maybe to UTF8? Please see: https://csvimproved.com/support/questions-and-answers/916-save-a-csv-file-as-utf-8

Yes after adding a new listing you need to manually clear the cache, if you want the listing to be immediately visible to non logged in users.
