Hi,
I don’t think we developed that already. I asked to the developer to let us know for sure.
They’ll reply after the week end.
Thanks
You just need to disable their cache. With their cache enable, it’s impossible to make it work.
Varnish and Sessions/cookie based system cannot work together.
ThanksSeptember 22, 2017 at 10:32 pm in reply to: How to change some of the wording on different areas within the site #397031They should be all in the core plugin language file.
Hi Andrew,
we don’t need to access you Facebook developer account, but if you could take a screenshot of the apps settings that could help.
Let us know,
Thanks
It really depends on the theme, for Supreme they should be at least 1400px in width.
ThanksHi,
you haven’t created a default location yet. That’s the 1st step: https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/basic-installation/
We’ll need FTP as Stiofan said to check for the CURL problems.
Thanks
Hi,
The plugin doesn’t generate labels, it uses whatever you input in the custom fields settings. However I’m not 100% sure I understand the question…
Let us know,
Thanks
same error, just FYI, I’m trying to access this site now:
http://dev6.nerdclients.com/gcs2/wp-login.php
Please double check them and make sure they work before sending them.
Thanks
I’m getting :
ERROR: The password you entered for the username test is incorrect. Lost your password?
Please double check them.
Thanks
Hi Adam,
I see few wee errors in your CSV files.
some region names are wrong.
Example, the 1st listing should be:
City: Galway City
Region: County Galway
Country: IrelandI think Google Maps add the word County in front of all County names for Ireland, you can verify that via Google maps directly.
The second error are 2 listings with 0 0 has lat and long. That can’t be correct.
After fixing these 2 things it should work.
Let us know,
Thanks
Hi Richard,
I asked to the developers to have a look at your problem.
It is possible that you’ll get a reply after the week end though, cause they are all off already.
Thanks for your patience,
Hi,
because each image added via media library creates minimum 1 post entry in the database.
There is the default category image for that or the no image placeholder.
1 is set from Place > Place Categories.
2 from GeoDirectory > Design > Listings > Upload listing no image
Let us know if that helps.
Thanks
Hi J C,
there are few illegal characters in that file. please see image attached.
Make sure to correct them. (best way to do that is using HTML codes)
Let us know how that goes,
Thanks
Hi Eric,
the classified seems to be using another WP install so it shouldn’t be sharing the database. I can’t find the problem from the dashboard, please provide phpmyadmin credentials and we’ll follow up.
It could be a leftover of an old plugin that is no longer installed.
Let us know,
Thanks
You are welcome 🙂
