With GeoDirectory you can create locations like this:

Country/Region/City/Neighbourhood

Once you do that you can easily browse : “category in location” out of the box.

Example: hotels in New York: https://wpgeo.directory/supreme-directory/places/united-states/new-york/new-york/hotels/

Using categories as location too, you’ll get a lot of duplicate content and a lot of extra work for nothing.

That said, we don’t provide SEO consulting, so if you trust these people, just follow their suggestions.

if you have to do it location by location too.

If for example you have

Australia-1 / New South Wales / Sydney

You will want to create

Australia / New South Wales / Sydney

and merge them.
