I guess you are using Supreme, which is a child theme already, so you can’t use a grandchild theme. Any change you’ll made directly on the theme files will be wiped by updates.

Either you customize through hooks using the code snippets plugin, or before updating you apply your changes to the updated files.

none of the license key that you entered are correct.

Example for GeoDirectory Advance Search Filters you entered and activated:

while your license key for that add-on is:

I checked few other add-ons and all presented the same problem.

the only way for us to fix this is to change settings in your DB.

We can’t do this from wp-admin.
