You are welcome and thank you! 🙂
This reply has been marked as private.Hi Paul,
Is there a set renewal discount of the $199 price?
There is not.
Would my license keys change to new ones if I use the 30% coupon, vs renewing my current subscription
If you buy a new membership applying 30%, yes you’ll get new license keys. With v2 you just need the membership license activated, you no longer need to apply 1 key for each plugin. (GeoDirectory > Extensions > Membership)
I can try and send you the renewal link for your current membership where you can try to apply the 30%, so you don’t change licenses, but I’m not 100% sure it’ll let you renew with the membership not expired yet.
If you want we can try, the link in the next private reply.
Thanks

did you have a look at this video at all? We show 1 conversion from start to finish.
And many questions are answered here: https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs-v2/geodirectory/upgrade-from-gdv1/
https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs-v2/geodirectory/personalize/
https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs-v2/geodirectory/page-design/Customizing design with v2, is easier than with v1, you just need to get used to it.
Instead of having pages created with Widgets, you have pages created with Shortcodes or Gutenberg blocks.
Support doesn’t go as far as re-designing the website for you. If you need someone to do the work on your behalf, you can find experts here: https://geodirectoryexperts.com
Let us know how it goes,
Thanks
May 27, 2019 at 8:24 pm in reply to: How to publish payment packages for front end user to choose #489365There should be a custom field Package, I’m not sure why it is not there. Same as the location manager triggring a 500 error, it must be a server configuration problem.
I asked the developers to check on this too.
Credentials here: https://wpgeodirectory.com/support/topic/activating-location-manager-add-on-crashes-my-site/#post-489359
Thanks
no that is for the developers to check.

Yes, I’ve seen that now.
I’m trying to create an FTP account to investigate this further.
Thanks for your patience.
You’d need a custom post type for each “doctor type”.
Or as Alex was saying, code customization.
Thanks
Hi,
I just activated the location manager and your site didn’t crash?
Let me know if the problem is solved on your side too.
Thanks
Happy birthday Jeff! 🙂
We can’t recreate this on any of our sites, so it must be server related.
I would investigate this further.
This can happen due to several different reasons such as your server using unsupported content-encoding. The crawler accepts deflate and gzip content encodings.
If you provide a link and admin credentials we’ll have a deeper look.
Thanks
Hi,
just FYI, the linking field is a multi-select
, so you can add as many listings of another post type as you want to a single listing of another post type.
Adding more fields would end up doing the exact same thing.
Am I missing something?
