Thanks Alex! You the man… 🙂
Tick to make package recurring has nothing to do with recurring events.
However, I can’t find why the options to set the event as recurring are not showing in the front end.
I flagged this for the developers and they’ll let you know asap.
Thanks for your patience,
Hi Celio,
I think you didn’t understand. WordPress has 2 options for comments.
One in general settings and one in each post.
The option of the post overrides the 1st.
You need to do the following:
1) Go to Empresas
2) Open screen options (Opções de tela) in the top right corner
3) Change item per page to 46 (number of your listings)
4) Select them all (tick checkbox next to Titulo)
5) IN the bulk actions select (Ações em massa) select EDIT and click filter (aplicar)
6) Enable comments and save (Comentários : Permitir).
Hopefully, you’ll be able to fix it now.
Let us know.
Thanks
Before the home page was built with widgets, now with shortcodes or blocks.
You just need to add back the gd_search shortcode in the home page content: https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs-v2/geodirectory/design-elements/
Hope this helps.
Thanks
May 3, 2019 at 8:31 pm in reply to: Emailing clients re claiming or upgrading their listing in our Directory #484397Yes it is the main email field. Just FYI, you can export your listings, edit them in bulk in the CSV file and update the listings by importing them back using the option: Update listing if post ID already exists.
Thanks
May 3, 2019 at 8:10 pm in reply to: Intermittent "Invalid post type" error and 500 internal error #484389Hi,
I don’t get a 500 error, but I get an invalid post type alert.
I see gd_place as search criteria, while your post type appears to be group? EDITED forget about the rest…
Also how did you remove the gd_ prefix to the group post type?I’m not sure about it, but that could be causing problems too.Let us know.
FYI, I asked the developers to add a 3rd option in pricing manager other than Invoicing and Woo.
It will be:
No Cart only free listings.
It’ll be added in a future release. Can’t promise now when…
Thanks
Hi,
you need to install either our Invoicing plugin (much more lightweight) or WooCommerce, but free listings will not go through check out process.
Thanks
May 3, 2019 at 5:00 pm in reply to: Stripe Payment Gateway — migrating existing Stripe Customers into GEODir #484352Hi,
First of all, it depends on the directory script. Without knowing how it used to store subscriptions, we can’t really tell.
In any case, it’d be something that requires SQL skills and a bit of custom coding.
For a WordPress / PHP developer, it wouldn’t be too difficult to make it work. For someone without programming skills, it would be very challenging.
Thanks
May 2, 2019 at 5:35 pm in reply to: Intermittent "Invalid post type" error and 500 internal error #484204HI,
please provide admin credentials and we’ll have a look.
Thanks
Hi,
It is possible that you disable them and re-enable them.
In that case, you’d need to modify each existing listing to re-enable comments.
You can do that with a bulk action on 200 listings at a time. I hope you don’t have hundreds of thousands of them…
Let us know.
Thanks
Hi,
would you mind sharing admin and FTP credentials too?
We’ll need to have a look at settings too.
Thanks
The data remain in the db so you definitely can.
By switching it back to the premium package, the info should appear.
Don’t save so it will remain on the lower package.
As admin you can also check the db or export via CSV.
We hide the info, because the form is always the same both in front and back end for consistencies.
Admin can make mistakes too.
Thanks
I can’t seem to find the reason why it is not showing. I alerted a developer and he’ll let you know asap.
Thanks for your patience,
Works on our demo, must be a conflict with something else.
Please provide admin and FTP credentials so that we can see what’s wrong on your site.
