Ok thanks for reporting this, our developers will follow up asap.
Please don’t change the credentials so that they can check directly on your website.
Thanks
Translation from v1 cannot be used for V2. Some strings are the same, but most have changed. You need to go through the translation files of the new plugin and basically translate again.
Thanks
HI,
When something works for logged in users and not for logged out, most of the time it is a caching problem.
Did you try deleting your cache and disable the caching plugin to see if this is the case?
Let us know.
Those are false positives.
Canonical URL of all those pages is the same:
https://2cool4.school/home-ed-directory/category/animals/united-kingdom/
I’d strongly suggest avoiding that SEranking tool, it looks like it’s not that reliable.
I’d only use Google Search Console tools instead.
Thanks
That sounds like a good idea. I’ve asked to the developers to implement however I can’t promise when it’ll be done.
Thanks
The only way is to exclude the featured field from the price settings.
Thanks
You are correct, there is no way to have it enabled in the price, but not checked by default when adding a listing for that price.
Unless I’m misunderstanding your topic, it would look quite buggy to the vast majority of users if it worked like that.
A price will either give the featured status or not…
Thanks
Hi Antonella,
your first post was clear enough.
Let’s see if I can make myself clearer.
If reCPATCHA isn’t blocking them, they are probably not bots.
It means that someone is probably spamming your website manually, sending contact forms to your listing owners.
You could try to identify the IP of the sender of this spam messages and have him blocked by your server admin.
If this doesn’t work, it is possible that some hacker managed to cheat reCAPTCHA with their bots.
Google normally corrects this as soon as they find out. So it should not last too long.
Another option would be to use a service like Cloudflare to stop malicious traffic. They do a pretty good job.
The only other way to stopping them would be to disable the contact forms, but I don’t think you don’t want to go that way.
On our side, there isn’t a lot that we can do…
I hope this clears up the situation.
Thanks
An Email log plugin could allow you to track who’s abusing and you could block their IP. If they are doing it manually and using proxies, this could be very difficult though.
April 22, 2019 at 6:36 pm in reply to: Location Manager Fatal error: Allowed memory size Error #482173Hi,
it’s not sucking much memory, the problem is that the server has barely enough to run WordPress.
You’ll need a better hosting solution.
Thanks
After double checking your account I see some problems. I’m not even sure what happened, but we’ll fix this as soon as Stiofan comes back online.
Sorry about the inconvenience and thanks for your patience.
April 19, 2019 at 10:57 pm in reply to: Search Results – Probably more complex than possible but… #481843Stiofan and I talked about this several times.
The level of complexity is huge.
Basically a completely different scope that would require a different app.
We are not planning now to work on it, but maybe in the future we will.
Thank you
Your membership is active.
Membership Expiry: October 19, 2019
If you changed from 4 to 6 membership, you created new license keys.
You should be able to download from your account page, but for auto-updates, you’ll need to 1st update license keys in plugins page.
Let me know how it goes.
Thank you
Please provide a link were we can see clearly the problem and admin credentials to see your settings.
Thank you
Is there a way to show the two neighboring cities as the same location, BUT still have the listing shows its actual city?
Sorry, but there is no way to do that.
A workaround could probably be (not fully tested) to remove the location switcher and remove the location from the urls. In that case the location is basically never set and whenever they go back to archives or search, they’ll always see all listings from both cities.
Let us know if this works out for you.
If you MUST have the location in the URL there is no way to do what you want.
People would have to reset the location before searching again.
Thanks
