did you try disabling all non GD plugins to see if there is a conflict with any of them?

Wp Rocket for example I know for sure it is not compatible.

Only Wp Super Cache and GD Booster are.

I’m not sure this is related, but you should try to correct your default location.

Now it is empty.

Please disable the Location Manager, set your default location, then activate the default location again.
