Hi,
I just checked your website again and it works exactly like our demo: http://wpgeo.directory/supreme-directory/
I assure that it always worked that way.
Thanks
Hi,
that’s not possible, I invite you to go back to a previous version to verify it, but I assure you that is not the case. Location can only be changed via location switcher.
The search form never allowed to change location. If you have the advance search add-on installed, it will include an autocompleter for the near field, but it allows to search IN a location, it doesn’t redirect to the corresponding location page.
To activate GeoLocation, go to GeoDirectory >> Advance Search and enable it. After visiting the website it will ask users if the want to share their location and if they do they’ll be directed to their location page.
Thanks
HI
Stiofan will be off for the next couple of days. He’ll check this and let you know after the week end.
Thanks for your patience
The password are 8 asterisks? Also we need a link and admin credentials to your website.
Thank you
Would you mind also providing a link and admin credentials for the website?
Hi,
categories are mandatory for places, both your 2 places have no category.
Thanks
Hi,
I’ve flagged this for the developers, it must be a conflict with one of the many plugins installed.
They’ll let you know asap.
Thanks
I’m getting Invalid Username/Password.
Let us know,
Thanks
Hi,
it’d be much better if you provide us with a link and admin credentials in a private reply, so that we can see and fix what’s causing this.
In our demo we cannot recreate this problem.
Thanks
Hi,
1) the listings part works as expected. What is exactly the problem that you see?
2) Please be more specific:
Also, when I check the option to show a listings tab in the dashboard so I can access them that way, the page styling is all off on that one particular tab.
We don’t understand what you mean by this.
3) You are using Buddypress not the author page, so the author page will not wortk for buddypress pages. In that case you must use the regular page sidebar, or customize the buddypress templates to add extra sidebars.
Let us know,
Thanks
correct code FYI was :
function my_gd_add_flex() { remove_action('wp_print_scripts', 'geodir_core_dequeue_script', 100); wp_dequeue_script('geodirectory-jquery-flexslider-js'); } add_action( 'wp_enqueue_scripts', 'my_gd_add_flex',20 );and we added itr via code snippets plugin.
thx
Hi Douglas,
1st read our support policy: https://wpgeodirectory.com/support-policy/
A reply is guaranteed within 24hrs during week days and 36/48 hrs during week ends.
The map is not loading because of a JS error:
Error: Syntax error, unrecognized expression: [href=#] http://rejuven8-clinic.com/wp-includes/js/jquery/jquery.js?ver=1.12.4 Line 2It could be caused by a 3rd party plugin. DId you try disabling all non GD Plugin to see if that was the case?
If you provide admin credentials we will have a look.
Thanks
Hi,
please provide a link and admin credentials in a private reply and we will have a look.

I still get an error in console after adding the code provided by Stiofan:
TypeError: $(...).flexslider is not a function wp-content/themes/generalpress-codebase/js/jquery.custom.js?ver=1 Line 61I asked him to have a look into it directly.
He’ll let us know asap.
Thanks
