7) Did you try activating another theme quickly to see if the problem persist? At least we’d know that is an Avada option and we can ask to their support.

Normally it is pretty straight forward and that procedure is correct if you edited the database to update the domain name and any directory paths with a tool that doesn’t break serialized strings.

Something like better search and replace plugin for example. If you did it with notepad or similar, that could be the cause.

Please provide a link and admin credentials of the faulty website and also cpanel please in case we need FTP.

The developers will look into it.
