    1 install email log plugin and check if the problem is server. If the email is logged, you’ll need a SMTP plugin or help from your hosting provider.

    2 Please provide a link and we’ll provide CSS to fix the form.

    did you generate the key from within GeoDirectory or you did it on the Google Map Platform?

    If the answer is the second option, please try generating the key from within GD.

    Category icons are mandatory, so I’m not sure how you could delete them.

    The only way to do what you need to is to upload a transparent image as icon for all your categories.

    Hi,

    as far as I know there is no easy way to do this without a major customization.

    Just FYI to avoid confusion:

    1) V2 is no longer a beta, however I don’t think it’s easy to do this in V2 either.

    2) The form is not a popup, but it’s a modal window and browsers do not block modal windows. Most likely the problem is a javascript conflict with your script and that should be debugged…

    I don’t get what would be hard to explain to clients.

    Can’t you just tell them license is only needed on main site, do not worry about it?

    You don’t need the licenses to be activated on subsites of a network as long as you have them active on the main site.

    I thought that was clear as I already told you so.
