I run the tool in GeoDirectory >> Gd Tools >> Location category counts : Refresh the category counts for each location (can take time on large sites)

Looks like it is correct now.

We don’t run that after every update that you make, because it would slow down websites, especially when you have a lot of listings, locations and categories.
