Yes, Yoast allows to create sitemaps and you can copy the URLs from there.

If you didn’t want through changes, you should have installed the right add-on for V1 and avoided upgrading to V2 that requires further configuration, that is what Guust was suggesting in the 1st place.

Yes, but only for listings add manually by yourself. Google does not return counties in addresses, so it would not work for listings added by users from the front end.
