Please provide a link and admin credentials and we’ll check your settings. The screenshots don’t really help as the areas where the invoice and upgrade listings should be are not visible.
Thanks
This reply has been marked as private. To see your invoice you need to have some invoice and that now appears as a tab on UWP only (the screenshot you see was from GD v1).
My Favorites will appear in the gd dashboard widget in your sidebars, but you need to favorite few listings first.
Let me know if that helps.
Thanks
Hi Eileen,
There are free and paid listings, not users, so the upgrade is associated with the listings, not with the user.
The upgrade link appears, for each listing on the details page itself.
See screenshots attached
In the new dashboard design Patrik mentioned, we will add the upgrade listing and other info about subscription directly on the user profile.
The layout is completely different to how it should look according to your documentation. ie there is no box on the right with my listings/add listings etc.
This requires the GD > Dashboard widget added to the profile sidebar. If you don’t have a profile sidebar, you need to edit the profile page and select a template that includes a sidebar.
Developers alerted.
They will let us know asap.
Thank you for your patience
export them and re-import them after you restore the backup
That would hardly take 15 minutes, definitely not a hundred hours…
In any case, it’s either getting used to V2 (it’s simpler than v1, so if you managed to learn v1 you can definitely learn v2).
Or export the listings added since July 19th, use an update to go back to v1, import your last listings back into v1.
Both options seem viable to me and we cannot offer a 3rd option, unfortunately, because it doesn’t exist.
That said, I’m not sure why you’d think that moving to yet another plugin would be simpler.
I’m sure the learning curve won’t be that long and you’ll feel more confident very soon. The options are so many that it is hard not to feel overwhelmed…
Thanks!
In the backend this appear to be the problem:
API error: RefererNotAllowedMapError
Which means the domain has not been authorized correctly in the Google Maps Console.
I’d suggest to generate a maps API key using the GeoDirectory button (so that all options will be correct) and make sure to add billing options to this new project.
Otherwise, correct the current API key by following this doc: https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs-v2/integrations/google/#secure
Let us know how it goes.
Thanks
Yes you should be able to do so. Make sure to insall add-ons V2. Most of the add-ons on the screenshot are V1.
Thank you
Front end us probably showing cached pages.
Try to clear all caches and probably all maps will stop working.
You probably installed a new plugin that loads the maps api.
If you provide credentials and a link we’ll help you fix this.
Let us know,
Thanks
@Ellory
A quick workaround could be using this plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/comments-emails/
You can easily export emails of commenters and import it back in your newsletter software of choice.

August 3, 2019 at 10:57 pm in reply to: Split: Urgent – Google API Key not loading, maps not working #501134Did you add billing info (credit card) to your google cloud console account for this project?
If yes, please provide admin credentials in a private reply.
Please also next time remember to open your own topics.
Thank you
Please check now. At the moment you are only using the overall rating (default)and that is controlled via Settings > Design > Reviews.
Changed that for you.
Let me know if everything looks good now.
Thanks
That’s weird, the option to restrict subscribers from accessing the wp-admin is enabled, so the admin-bar should be hidden.
I asked the developers to have a look and let us know.
Thanks
Hi,
is that the only listing on which the map does not work?
If you are loading the Maps API twice, probably all maps are broken.
Loading the Maps API Twice is normally due to another plugin adding it again. You should find which one is the culprit by disabling them all (the non-GeoDirectory plugins only) and activate them back one by one.
ONce you find the plugin causing the problem, make sure it has an option to disable adding the Maps API.
Let us know how it goes,
Thanks
