Hi,
for sure the ID column should be blank. ID is set by the database on import, you cannot determin the ID.
I’m not 100% sure it will accept the username of the author. I’m 100% sure it works with user ID.
Unless you have the Location Manager add-on, you can only import in your default location (1 city).
Once you correct this 3 things, it should work.

Thanks
Hi,
yes you can increase them.
Thanks
This reply has been marked as private.Hi,
users can add free or premium listings and claim them while adding them. Being the verified owner only allows them to edit the field available in the selected price.
The incentive to pay should be in the added features (more pictures, categories, website link, social network links, longer description and so on).
Many directory admins build their database of free listing in advance and allow business owners to claim their listing to enrich them afterwards. In that case the force upgrade is useful.
Thanks
Hi,
it appears that you added the loginbox widget in the header somehow. You should remove that.
That widget should be used in sidebars, content area or footer only.
Thanks
Just let us know how you went and if you need extra help! 🙂
Hi,
dummy data just adds some dummy listings. It doesn’t fully setup the theme as in the demo.
But it’s just a matter of moving around few widgets.

Did you follow the documentation?
Thanks
Sorry about the confusion, I corrected the wrong price on this sidebar. The correct price is always the price on the product page.
Thanks
Hi,
did you set a default location before inserting dummy data?

Thanks
1) with css (add it to gd > design > scripts > custom css):
.geodir-category-list-in, .sd-detail-cat-links { display: none; }2) this is more complex and goes beyond support.
3) please see: https://wpgeodirectory.com/support/topic/set-default-category/
4) with css:
body.sd #geodir_content > header.entry-header { display: block; }5) not sure I understand the question
6) see answer 2 (we don’t provide support for customizations)
7) please see: https://wpgeodirectory.com/support/topic/open-box-second-spot/#post-65962
Thanks for searching in the forum for answers to questions that have already been asked, before asking them again.
p.s. the error you have is that you have this function twice:
my_nav_menu_my_event()
line 117 and again line 145.
Can you please double check FTP details?
I get access denied.
Let us know,
Thanks
Hi,
we would need a url for your website too…
Thanks
Hi,
installing dummy data from within the plugin has to download each image individually and write all data for each listing in the db. I na fast server that takes a bit longer than 1 sec per listing.
In share hosting that can time out. But it only depends on the receiving server.
Just FYI.
Thanks
Hi,
