Hi,
when wordpress updates it creates a maintenace file on the root of your website. If you reload the page before update is 100% done, that file is not removed.

directory starter doesn’t have a sidebar in single blog posts. You’ll need to edit its single template to add one.

it seems like that listing has no category? Catgeory are mandatory and without it the maps cannot work.

1) you are using the home map where the listings map should be used.

2) GeoLocation seems to be disable on your page soI’m not sure what you are referring to here.

If you mean the near me option of the search form, you need to click the saerch button to see anything after sharing your location.

if they are unable to provide FTP credentials, I’d strongly suggest to change hosting provider.

Check out cloudways, you’d have FTP credentials well visible in your control panel.
