Also, settings it as the GD Home is exactly what we told you that is wrong.

Your custom page should only be set as home in WordPress Reading settings as explained in the doc that I linked earlier.

Yes that is normal, you should not set the GD Home as your home page if you want to keep your style.

That’s been discussed multiple times on the forum. The reason is simple, WordPress creates 1 row in the wp_post table plus other rows in the wp_postmeta for each image and each size.

While that’s not a problem for blogs with up to few thousands of posts, it becomes a scalability issue for directories that may need to list millions of listings, potentially each with multiple images.

You’ll end up with a wp_post table and wp_postmeta tables a lot bigger than the actual tables of your listings.

That would be a question for the badgeos support team. I’m not sure why it would break our queries, but if it does there is a major bug in it.
