    Hi,

    You can check configurations of your PayPal account or create another account to confirm the issue is with PayPal or the plugin.

    Hi,

    It seems like your PayPal account is not configured properly as it works for my sandbox account. This error also displays if Encrypted Website Payments set to ON in your PayPal account. Setting it to OFF will resolve the issue. This setting can be adjusted from within your PayPal account by navigating to Profile → Selling Preferences → Website Payment Preferences and selecting OFF under Encrypted Website Payments

    Hi,

    The problem was in list manager plugin and it will be fixed in the next release of the plugin as well so you don’t need to worry about it. The problem was due to continuous looping in code and is fixed on your site now.

    Hi,

    Regarding 502 gateway issue, you may get help from the hosting provider about if there is anything which is using more server resources or you can increase the memory limit if it resolves the issue. The error is not only on lists page but on backend and frontend pages as well. If I deactivate location manager then it works fine so maybe location manager requires more server resources or conflicts with other plugins. This can be tested by deactivating all plugins and activate one by one to check which plugin conflicts. Generally, we do this on the staging server so if you have staging server then provide details and we will look into it. Also, don’t use unnecessary plugins and multiple caching plugins as they use more server resources.

    Hi,

    I have tried to login and register a new account and both worked on the first trial. The login page redirects to another login page which may be of the plugin you have used before so you need to fix it as well. If you think the issue is still there on your site then you can try to exclude login and register pages from the cache and check. If possible either provide screenshots or small video so that I can regenerate the issue and fix it.

    Hi,

    Where do you see it pending? If the invoice has 0 total amount then there will be a button called “Complete” which will make the invoice paid. Can you provide your website Admin and FTP details to check the issue on your site? Also, if possible share some more details about the issue so that we can try to regenerate and resolve it.
