From what I can see, yes they are up to date. I checked version numbers for each on your list and the version numbers match.
Thank you, that worked. And a note to anyone else interested in the topic – make sure you check the widget for the specific pages you want the settings changed since by default there are multiple pages with this widget in the right column.
I reset the zoom level for the map widget from 1 to 10 and there was no effect. The map still displays poorly in the right column – for both Safari and Firefox. I also tried to uncheck the auto zoom but this also did not seem to have any effect. What do I need to change and what do you recommend as the settings?
Hi again. The permalink seems to be working correctly now. After I exited and re-entered the admin area the permalink shows differently – or perhaps it changed from a default to the correct one upon saving. The map problem remains, however. Thank you.
Thank you since I can see that some functionality is working much better, especially addresses are now automatically filling where they can and the map is changing. However, two issues are still not addressed:
1. the permalink continues to have Singapore in the link chain even for an entry in China (I just tried one to see how it would enter – I entered it through the wp admin area rather than from the normal director front end in case this would affect your analysis)
2. the map on the right side of a detail page continues to show as if there is no content except the icon because it is so close in – this makes the page look as though it has an error for the map and users would not be inclined to click on the minus until it finally looks like a map.This reply has been marked as private.This reply has been marked as private.This reply has been marked as private.As far as I can see all plugins are current. There is no notice that ny plugin needs updated.
The cdv upload works with the custom fields at the end. I still have a problem with a field for a multiselect checkbox – how do I enter the data in the field so the individual boxes are checked? Also, how do I know the regions for the location, or does it matter as long as I put something? By the way, the author column can correctly handle both the username and the ID (my earlier upload with the username entered that field fine, and a later upload with the number also worked fine).
I am in the admin area and looking at the new entry and see that the location ID for the Windy Equestrian new entry is Thailand-Chiang Mai-Chiang Mai, which is what I expected. Why does it enter correctly but show up differently on the user screen when the user reviews the posted entry, per the earlier attachment?

So even if the custom fields are in order ahead of the regular fields in the list, in the csv file the data for the custom fields should come after the images? In the order of their list?

Thank you, I can see the data when I go to the Places page and search for an entry.
I was reaching the page from Preview when adding an individual listing using the WordPress Admin. This is intuitive by the way, and a bit unnerving when nothing shows.
Last related question – why is the Map in the right column blank except for an icon on a white area when I get results from a search? (I may leave it there so need to know how to have a map show.) I have to click on the negative sign a number of times before I see a map, so for some reason the map is done at the super detailed level. Any way to set the default?

I have now saved a listing (which before I had simply as draft) and when I Preview the page I still see the same empty screen as the screenshot I sent when I started this topic. The only indication that there is data is the location icon (brown horse) on the map, nothing else on the page. Does the data show with preview or do I need to look somewhere else? If it doesn’t show with Preview then why not since this would logically happen? And why does the location icon show but no other data?

I actually had already set up categories within the CPTs – before your comment. I set up 4 in Riding Places, 8 in Services and 2 in Products. So I don’t know what to do to correct the problem. See the attached file for a screenshot showing the categories for a CPT.
