What’s up Paolo! What I do know is that this transition over from v1 to v2 has been extremely challenging and I have 2 businesses to stay on top of here in the U.S.!
So NO! I did not have time to read thru all of your 3,000 pages of updates and documentation but what I do know is this….we need answers to get this fixed because our site is LIVE!
So thank you for taking time to explain some of these updates/fixes to us and please forgive us for have 500 other responsibilities to tend to in our businesses…and as long as we can get these issues resolved one by one…we’ll continue being a good paying customer.

Thank you for replying! Where do I create a custom URL field….? And…So when I create this new custom tab….will it be a link or a page that the business owner can then add their link to…? Meaning, will the visitor have only have to click on the tab to be immediately redirected over the the business owners daily deals portfolio or will they click on the tab and then have to click on a link to get over to the portfolio?
Please explain how this works.

I figured it out Alex.
Had to enable the Feature Image option at the top of page settings and then add the featured image. It’s working now: https://shoprva.com/my-account/

Really can’t explain this again….now the correct background image is displaying on ShopHawaii.me and I’ve done nothing to it….was out of office since last night. Was it something you did to fix it?
Either way, I now need to update the same background image on ShopRVA.com. Can you please look at the attached image and explain where we need to replace this map image…?

In the almost 3 hours it took you to reply to this…I had already went thru the steps to add a new “Background” image but for whatever reason is still not displaying…perhaps due to cache issues…?
So perhaps you may or may not have explained why the background image suddenly went missing…? Please elaborate so that we do not have this issue going forward ever again…?

Hey Paolo,
That was the very first thing I checked before submitting this support ticket. There is absolutely no setting there to control whether adding “Hours of Operation” to a listing are displayed as 12 or 24 hour times. You can even check here https://codex.wordpress.org/Formatting_Date_and_Time
Please let me know what other options you have for us to fix this…?

No that is not the background photo that I had on ShopHawaii.me. It’s this one that’s attached. So please do explain to me…
1. Why would this have happened?
2. Where did the image go?
3. How can we add the image back to the site again?

Will this still allow that custom question to be visible when adding new listings and just now display or will this completely remove the display and the question from the Add Listings page?

RobertAlex, is there a way to change the Hours Of Operation to use the 12 hour time clock instead of the 24 hour time clock? Sorry…i see the link now.
This just shows how to use the 24 hour clock…is there a way to update it or change it to use the 12 hour time clock? Most young bucks nowadays don’t know how to use the 24 hour time clock…lol.
