Q: Current multilocation v Version is 1.1.2. I think you are confusing the wordpress version you are using.
A: 1.1.5 for Geodirectory that has multilocations in it.How can I find the version of multilocation by itself?
Q: what version of multilocation you have installed?
A: 4.0Q: You need to update all GD plugins to make sure you got all the fixes.
That will change your whole multilocation experience.A: The last time we did this, the whole site, crashed… any full proof way to keep it from crashing? Or do you offer any upgrade support?
This reply has been marked as private. You: I think you should use the “Google address autocomplete” (last option down at the bottom in multilocations settings).
Me: I don’t see that option? http://screencast.com/t/4DRrOjvLdYou: Above the list though, there is a search filed that will allow to pull up any location entered in your database. If you type in a location that is not already in your database (even without using the autocompleter) it will be added to your location database as well.
Me: This does not work for us. Also.. our database is incomplete.. how can we get a complete database? Cause only 7 states show up.You: Example on our demo :
Me: It doesn’t work the same for us. How come?hey Paolo, here is a video screen record of our issue…
Thank you for your help..
Sorry I couldn’t type and describe it to you as well.Ok, what we are noticing.. is if we add a location in the multi-locations/add/edit location.. then it’s not showing up in the city/region dropdown.. then it assigns some other address.
what search tool are you talking about?

A: The last time we did an update.. it crashed our site, and it took us 2 weeks to get it back and restored.. is there any fail-safe way to update the plugins.. or an exportation of the database, that would ensure that our site doesn’t crash, and remains in tact?

A: Yes, we have multi region and multi city enabled on

This reply has been marked as private.I am still having an issue where my listings do not show up below the map http://screencast.com/t/iTgiKErbeKgV . I have gone through several of the suggestions recommended above to no avail. Can someone please assist me so I don’t feel like I wasted my money on this. I have already had to refund what little money I took in on this site as it stopped working as I intended as soon as I upgraded. This is for fisheroogle.com and I appreciate your quick response.
Thanks,
Sam PotterI updated the Core Plugin from my WP Plugins UI. Then I attempted to update any of the remaining 11 plugins from GoeDirectory I get the following error http://screencast.com/t/tCIzBMT6u no matter what plugin I attempt to install.
Now our home page is not displaying the listings on the home page as it did before. I read through an earlier post similar to this but did not see the resolution. I am in urgent need of getting the site back functioning asap as marketing efforts should be hitting the site this weekend.
Thank you in advance for you quick reply and assistance, you guys have always been great.
Thanks Stiofan,
In the mean time I have the Pay Pal account working properly. Hope all goes well with the updates and thanks for responding back.-Sam
I could not wait any longer so I created a Pay Pal account to connect the e-commerce portion. I appreciate your initial response but wish I could get a little better response time when I purchased the full product suite you offer. I do like the product and hopefully if I run into an issue again the support will be a bit more on top of things. Thank you however and keep up the continued development.
I am still looking forward to finding out how I can get my Google Merchant account working with this as I am not a fan of Pay Pal.
Thanks,
