Thank you.
I tried using this code to also hide it on the location page (mysite.com/location/state/city) but it didn’t work:
.sd.location .featured-area {
display: none;
}Could you please correct what’s wrong with it? I’ll also need help with the second part of the code Paolo referred me to:
.sd-homepage .site-header, .sd.sd-location .site-header {
background-color: #333;
}Thank you.
Thanks. I was able to change the “Listing” to “Listings” in the menu, but I’m unable to effect the “Region” in the Change Location drop down. I found 2 stand alone “Region” in the .po file: one just Region, and the other Region: with a colon at the end. Any ideas?
Thanks again for the help!
Sorry for returning to an old thread, but I’m just getting started with translating the language file (#1 above) and had a question:
If I change “region” to “state” (in the Change Location drop down) in the language file and someone uses the word “region” in their Listing, will it be translated to the word “State?” I guess what I’m asking is if someone uses a word I changed the translation for in the .mo file, will that word also be changed in customers post/listings?
Worked perfect! Thanks Paolo.
Quick question: I added some custom css to hide the search and featured categories in this area previously. Should I remove that code, or does it matter? Here’s all the custom css I’ve added so far:
.featured-area .geodir-category-list-in {
display: none;
}.sd-detail-cta .dt-btn{
display:none;
}.sd-ratings .geodir-pcomments{
display:none;
}.gd-search-input-wrapper.gd-search-field-search {
display:none!important;
}.map_category input[type=”text”] {
display: none;
}.sd.home .featured-area section, .sd.home .featured-area .geodir-category-list-in {
display: none;
}.sd.home .featured-area {
display: none;
}.sd-homepage .site-header, .sd.sd-location .site-header {
background-color: #333;
}Thanks again.
