    Solution found.

    1) In root level > WP-Content > Plugins > rename OLD Ninja forms folder. Ie: ninja-forms-orig.

    2) Re-install ninja forms visa GD Extensions.

    3) Adjust forms if needed.

    So, this isn’t actually “claim listing” issue. This is CONTACT listing owner issue. It’s because Ninja forms failed.
