Hi, just wondering if you have any update for me? I have customers who cannot check out at the moment so really need help please?
..although I have disabled test payment, all invoices still go through test payment, instead of Paypal..really need some help for this please?
So, I cannot install the plugin, when I click on install, it takes me to the plugin homepage and asks me to purchase it again….please help

I think that maybe you didn’t understand the question, I cannot install the plugin, not activate it.
When I go to extensions tab, it won’t let me install it, when I try to download the file, it doesn’t come as a zip file to install
Thanks, that seems to work. I notice that there is an option for the customer to upgrade? How does that work? Do I have to do anything, or does the software offer an upgrade inside the user’s dashboard?

Not sure what “You can disabled sandbox mode” means because you use present and past tense together, and how this affects not being able to use Paypal? It doesn’t seem to answer my concern, maybe because of the poor grammar.
Does this mean that if I disable(current tense) sandbox, that I will be able to use Paypal, or does it mean that if sandbox is disabled(past tense), that I cannot use Paypal…the point is unclear.
You also still do not refer to my offer to disable security for your access, please also answer this.

Is there any way, please, that I can get some support? I keep turning off the security so that the issue can be worked on, however, the task is not completed even though I can see that some work was done, so I have to reactivate the security, then your team says that they can’t get access?
I am happy to turn off the security for a while if access is needed but I am sure you understand that it cannot be turned off indefinitely. So far, the support, which has been ongoing for a few days has not resolved the issue?
You say that I should use WP Invoicing, but it tells me:
Important: Payment Gateway(s) PayPal Standard are in testing mode and will not receive real payments
So, how can I use WP Invoicing when it cannot receive payments?
