Membership Problem

    Hi, I recently bought a one year membership. However, when I am trying to install Embeddable Ratings Badge on my site birminghambusinessdirectory.getseattleonline.com, through the extensions tab of Geodirectory, it takes me to the plugin homepage, and tells me that I need to purchase it again?

    I think that maybe you didn’t understand the question, I cannot install the plugin, not activate it.

    When I go to extensions tab, it won’t let me install it, when I try to download the file, it doesn’t come as a zip file to install

    So, I cannot install the plugin, when I click on install, it takes me to the plugin homepage and asks me to purchase it again….please help
