I am hoping that you can put me through to someone there who is motivated to help..I followed all of your instructions and think that banging my head against a brick wall would be more beneficial that continuing this with you.
I frequently quote what you said earlier so that others can see that, despite my following everything that you said, that no help has been forthcoming
based on the fact that I have supplied the details you asked for twice, and not received any help, I think the review is appopriate. However, if you can actually be bothered to actually offer the help that you offered earlier, before throwing up roadblocks constantly, I would be happy to review the review.
However, at this point, I have done all that you asked and, frankly, just wasted weeks of my time
you know…the product is great, but the support is woeful!
Let me remind you(once again) of what you said earlier:
“FTP is optional, but can be very helpful”
so, in line with your advice, I provided the admin credentials for the site, you said that the ftp was not required, only optional.
So, I have now provided admin credentials twice, and got help zero times.
If you needed ftp, why would you not say so? Really?
Can you at least have a look, cause it really seems like helping customers is not a priority for you. I love this product but the attitude from the staff is unbelievable!
As mentioned, I have followed each step of the conversion. As mentioned previously, the site is now completely broken. I have twice provided you admin credentials, but, to the best of my knowledge, you have not used them at all.
I have provided you with the admin credentials above, but at this point have received no help at all.
Can you please now do as you promised to do and help fix it? To remind you, this is what you said:

Yes, I have disabled the automatic updates, but you asked me to set up a staging for you:

I set up the staging site and sent you the admin credentials.
I was hoping that you would do as you say, and solve the problem, but now you say to check the notes again? After I already discussed this with you? Wow!! I have to assume that you just don’t want to resolve this/ or didn’t read the notes.
Look, I was expecting good support, after all I am a paying customer. Please, please, please can you actually look at the staging site and find out why I am losing everything when I upgrade?

This reply has been marked as private.Thanks…I have added the line to disable automatic updates…however, despite my best efforts, I cannot update to version 2 without losing alot of listings and page structure. I end up having to restore my site and go back to version 1…it’s very disappointing

The multi locations plugin, as you know, has a box that is ticked to add to the menu, so that there is a drop down on locations etc. This is not working
yes, you mention elementary steps. All of the basic steps have been done, that is why I gave you my admin credentials some time ago. We don’t seem to be moving beyond the basics here. Can you please help?
Hi, as mentioned, I cannot follow the instructions and update to version 2 without losing all my content and design. However, whilst the multi locations works on version 1, I cannot add the directory to the main menu etc. Please can you help?
