Yep understood, but there’s no way to only show NEAR autocomplete and not IN autocomplete?
September 10, 2019 at 11:34 am in reply to: Integrating Google Autocomplete Address in the location field #507367Okay fair enough, thanks for explaining that.
Last one, is there any way to hide “In” autocompletes and only show “Near” autocompletes?
No probs, thanks Alex.
September 10, 2019 at 10:58 am in reply to: Integrating Google Autocomplete Address in the location field #507360Is there any way to modify this so that “Near” autocompletes are displayed for cities when only the city is typed out (eg, “Melbourne”) rather than also having to add the beginning of the state as well?
September 10, 2019 at 10:00 am in reply to: Integrating Google Autocomplete Address in the location field #507345Oh right, I didn’t realise I had to type in a street address for the ‘Near’ results to come up. Is there any way to have it come up for cities? eg, “Melbourne”? See screenshot. I’d rather the ‘Near’ came up rather than ‘In’.

Thanks for that – looks like I’ve got everything configured but still can’t seem to get those “near” suggestions coming up. See screenshots. I’ll share my credentials with you in a private reply in case they’re necessary for you to take a look.
Thanks,

That setting autocompletes locations from the listings within geodirectory, however I’m looking to implement Google Address Autocomplete so I can perform a radius search rather than return listings in a specific city/region.
Thanks,

The interesting thing is, the speed of the website is extremely high (and TTFB dropped dramatically) when all plugins are disabled so I don’t think it’s necessarily the hosting. It’s only when all necessary plugins are enabled that the site really slows down. I’m honestly not entirely sure what could be going on here. Any ideas?

Hi Paolo, as we’ve got a partnership with Microsoft we’re trying to make things work with Azure …
July 23, 2019 at 11:31 am in reply to: Listing import not working, different number of rows detected #499095I’ve attached a spreadsheet showing an example of two listings with the original Geodirectory data vs what it looks like once converted over. (Highlighted in red are the random characters that appear)
Both original .CSV files also attached.
July 23, 2019 at 10:55 am in reply to: Listing import not working, different number of rows detected #499086We’ve actually resolved that issue, but we’ve found another. When we import the listings, we’ve found a series of random characters inserted into the text such as: ‚Äô.
See the listing here: https://www.simplfi-mockups.com.au/accommodation/abode-hotel-narrabundah/.
Any reason why this is happening?
