Thanks, Kor. I’ll put it on the to-do list and let you know how it turns out. 🙂
Okay that’s what I suggested to the user. (I didn’t think having the timing correct was that huge of a deal for a tiny house workshop since only paid attendees would even need to know the timeframe.)
Thanks 🙂
That poses the issue of it appearing 3 times in the listing.
It does, however, resolve the displayed information in the details page.
Hmmm…
Awesome! Hopefully she will actually claim it and not halfway do the job and come back to me saying it didn’t work. (lol)
I still feel like she just wasn’t hitting publish (instead thinking the review process was “successful”). I have had no issues previous to this woman with any listings.
And that’s good to hear. (Aw, thanks 🙂 )
Hope this goes well,
Thanks, Guust! So, she said she doesn’t want to try listing again. I offered to list it for her.
Heavy sigh…
Is this what it’s like in customer service? Heh, not sure if I’m cut out for this kind of work.
I’m sure there isn’t a way, but I’ll ask…
Since I’m going to list it for her, is there a way to utilize business claim feature to allow her to take control of this listing? (So she doesn’t have to contact me to update it.)If not, bummer. If so, great! (and please explain how)
Thanks for the help anyways. 🙂
I asked for a screenshot or more detailed explanation. This was her reply to me:
I deleted it
First sent
Successful
Then request to do again
Did again
Then you can’t find itI just don’t even know how to help at this point. What do I even say to her at this point? She doesn’t answer my questions straight.
There is no pending or draft listing. That was my initial thought as well so I checked. I only have “All” “Published” and “Trash” (which trash has my post in it).
I will ask her to take a screenshot. I feel her words are becoming more hostile over the course of our conversation because I kept asking her to explain it in more detail. 🙁 I’ve been trying to be so courteous and helpful but her 1-liner (5-word) replies are just sending me in circles.
I will follow up when I’ve heard from her.
Derp, I’m a dingdong. Thanks lol
Kind of had the feeling it was that, which is why I mentioned it.
Thanks for the info! Look forward to V2. 🙂

October 1, 2017 at 3:40 am in reply to: Can't tell if users abadoning cart or not able to purchase! #398358Oh, and I have double checked all of my data, it is correct.
Okay, thanks. 🙂
Ironically, I just noticed a similar post underneath mine. lol
After reading that, I understand that GD can’t be network activated. Is there some way to draw information from a database directly? Perhaps if GD was installed on each (with Events) and the main site pulled information from a single database?
I don’t even know if this is possible.
Basically, I want to have food trucks be able to post their own calendar of events on their own sites, and have a hub where users can go to find places to eat with a food truck near them. Without having to find individual trucks then checking their calendar.
I feel like I’m reaching too far out of my grasp here.
Thanks! That did the trick. 🙂
