If i remember correctly the info of past invoices is stored in the invoice so it should not be a problem but i have never tested it, i’ll flag this for kiran to confirm my theory.

There is not built in way to do it but you could build your own form or use the API.

There is a few ways to do it, i will make it simpler in future but for now do this:
Add a new html custom field and make it admin only and active and set it to show in its own tab, you will then be able to add the form shortcode[ninja_form id=3](replacing your form id) to each place individually but you could export and reimport having added the shortcode so it will work for all. As i said, i will make this easier in future.

Docs are still being worked on, i will try my hardest to do a video walk through later.
For ninja forms, u need 20.0.05-beta.
1. install ninja fomrs plugin
2. Go to the add new form and select the “GeoDirectory Contact form”Now there are a few ways to add the forms, we created a special widget/shortcode “GD > Ninja Forms” this will output a button that will open the form in a lightbox, the reason we did it via lightbox is #1 prevent caching issues, #2 it allows you to have multiples of the same form on the one page (not possible as standard)
So you can either add the widget to the details page sidebar and/or add the shortcode to the “Archive item template” page.
I am also adding a step to the setup wizard to automate all this.

Did u install from fresh or over a v1 install? GDv2 beta needs to be installed from fresh just now.

For GDv1 it would currently take some code changes to achive that, of you could show all info in the more info tab, that might achive the same reault.
(GDv2 it will be easier to do)

Its been a long week, i just got the latest beta out, tomorrow i’ll be working on some documentation for v2, i hope that will help you a bit but for now there will be a bit of a delay for other stuff.
