Hi,
THe problem seems to be with wp jobs manager, i can’t see where they are adding the google api, can you ask them for a code snippet to stop it adding the google maps api and i can add it for you.

Yes, if you are manually downgrading the listing then the info will be lost, i though you meant when being automatically downgraded when expiring?

For the error, some of your plugins are out of date, such as the location manager, please update via FTP or via this plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/easy-theme-and-plugin-upgrades/
There was a problem that affected some update notifications for some old version, you should only manually have to update once.Thanks,

The number of listing on the category pages depends on the WP setting under general settings,

I would guess this is some sort of folder permissions, try deleting the cache folders and any temp folders. If it keeps happening then please provide FTP info and wp-admin info in a private reply and i will take a look.
