You are right, the wording is off, one is used for the meta description and one is used for the actual on page description via widget.

It might be a bug, i wil assign this to the dev who made the feature, but for now if its not enabled it should be ok anyway.

That fiel should be included in all the latest releases, its the first GD plugin in the plugins list that loads the file, just make sure thats up to date.

For some reason the api key still does not have the correct permissions, it claims to now want places_backend when it did not before. Please follow this link to create a new key again.
This new key will allow for address autocomplete in the address box.

The country should be “United Kingdom” not UK, try adding the dummy data and then export that, it will give you the right address format.
