FTP is File Transfer Protocol (FTP), if you have cpanel hosting usually these details work for FTP.

We have a recpatcha plugin for GD, you can download it from your account area.
Also all addons should be able to be auto updates if you have added the licence keys.

Give it a try now (logged out) it should build the cache on first load and then be quicker. The changes only affect some servers, hopefully it helps yours.

It is likely not duplicates, there are a few ajax things that fire off as post requests, these will not show the parameters in the url as they are POST values.
If you provide wp-admin i will upload the latest GD Booster changes which can improve caching for some.

It geolocated me fine, maybe you blocked it in the past, try clearing the browser location settings.
What browser are u using?

The images on the test page seem to broken not optimized?
I made a little change to GB Booster and its now scoring 77 and 88.
The rest of the points seem to be caused mostly by the ads and by google products like maps and fonts. You could try not to have ads loading on the initial viewable part of the page these are loaded via JS and the page can not be painted until the JS is fully loaded.Stiofan
