The problem seems to be kleo theme removes out map api calls and replaces it with their own, you have it set to use Open Street maps but they are overiding it to show google maps and the marker cluser script is loading the wrong script, if you change the maps to google or automatic then clustering will work, GD>Design>maps>Select Maps API
The theme is also not loading the google maps api the right way with a key, so maybe check if they have an update.

This reply has been marked as private.“Tauranga” is not returned as any address parameter, i can find “Tauranga City” in an obscure way but it will be best if i work with you first to be able to see if this is a consistent return for all of NZ.

I am in the UK/Ireland, i’m usually here from 9am-7pm.
There is a way to only define your own regions and cities but you lose some functionality, it’s best we get GD working right for NZ, sometimes we have to make little adjustments to the code as the Google API does not give consistent info, i’ll look at this now.

We cancel the submit process then run some JS code first then submit the form with jQuery($form).submit();

I guess these other plugins also add the Google maps API, this would need to be disabled, if you provide wp-admin and FTP i will find the code to do this.

The “theme my login” plugin for some reason changes the main query and breaks our changes so is incompatible with GD, please disable and test.
