Validation warning has been added when the map icon is missing.
Thanks,
Stiofan
I have added a task to improve the UX of this.
Thanks,
Stiofan
1. do u mean the map only?
2. GD Booster: make sure u, switch it off, clear cache and then deactivate.
3. Logo: The post images shortcode/widget has an option to show/hide the logo as the main image.
4. On the details page that seems to be your own CSS from somewhere (i can’t find it) i guess you want it on the archive pages, try this:
.geodir-image-container .geodir-images img { object-fit: cover; }
5. Categories, i can’t figure out what you are referring to, can you provide a link and maybe a image, is the “LEFT” sidebar :/

Can you provide wp-admin details and i’ll double check a few things, i already checked things in the latest theme (assuming thats what ur using) and it all seems good, but i have a few things i would like to check in your setup.
Thanks,
Stiofan
The issue was the details page template was set to use a theme template which was overriding BB, i changed it to default and it now seem to work.
Thanks,

I managed to get the theme.
1. I have fixed the images on details, this is a setting we have to disable the Feature image output on the details (as we use the page template and its usually place at the top of the page in most themes). (this is in GD>Settings>Design>details>didable featured image output)
2. The Archive page titles, the theme author is just doing it wrong…
Ask them to change the line in /inc/template-tags.php line 463 to:if($post){$videopro_page_title = get_the_title();}
(you can do it now to get it working but the theme author should really do it so its not changed back on update)

There is a strange conflict going on with this theme and BB, i’ll need to test more tomorrow.

The search page issue seems to be something different, i’m checking that now.
Thanks,
Stiofan
Is there still an issue here? I don’t see any problems?

This reply has been marked as private.Hello,
I have added compatibility settings for that theme and it will be in the next release, i have applied the patch to your site.
I also installed our plugin updater “WP Easy Updates” this will allow you to enter your licences and update the other addons from your admin area. Thanks,
Stiofan
The theme you use now does not matter in the slightest, thats the point of GDv2..
That country table is added by GDv2.
Thanks,
Stiofan
There seems to be a conflict with your theme and a compatibility change we added in the last version, it seems to be adding some DB queries that are not needed, i’m working on a fix for that now.
Let me try and answer a few of your questions in order first:
1. Locations page:
Yes, simply add any info you want to the page via shortcode builder or blocks.2. CSS:
WP now has its own input for CSS under Appearance>Customiser>Custom CSS3. Listings:
Some texts are hidden on some smaller listing views.
Images, we can’t win 🙂 some curse us no matter what way we show them, we have a task to add this as an option, Stretch to fit or not, it can be done with CSS just now by giving it a height 100% and max-width auto.
You can add any meta data there via the template pages.4. Listings widget:
That might be best as a grid view 2 in the sidebar?5. GD Booster:
Its not that it can’t be used its just that the reason it was built no longer applies so you can use anything, i would recommend replacing it with WP Super Cache.Spliting into a multisite might work for you but it depends, you seem to have a shop plugin and a social network plugin, these are both heavy plugins to have on the same site as a directory if you don’t have the right server specs.
Have a read of this if you haven’t already: https://wpgeodirectory.com/making-your-wordpress-site-slow/Thanks,

Hi Ian,
Please check now, it seems to be some compatibility settings we added, i can’t replicate it on my site but if i change them it seems to fix it.
I have already added a note to do the settings a different way.
Thanks,
Stiofan
