Hello,
I am not exaclt sure what you mean, but if you mean the normal menu page try going to “Screen Options” (top right) and selecting the CTP stuff you want to show.
Let us know if that is it.

Can you give me an example of what is not working? Try saving the category to see if that resolves?

You still had GD>General>Disable rating on comments ticked, it should show now.
The comment moderation was a but at one point, we should be doing some releases early next week which hopefully should fix it, or if you want i could upload all the developer versions (not been fully bug tested yet)

Thats good news!
For mod_pagespeed, i would say give it a try and see if u can get them to work together, i haven’t played with it much, we usually run nginx not apache.
