Thanks for the info, the last issue u put is just a plugin for debugging, i have disabled it now.

Your problem was a WordPress bug: https://core.trac.wordpress.org/changeset/31467

I updated your wordpress install and it fixed the issue, please keep everything up to date.

Thanks, that was a bit of a weird one, the class was being declared but the PHP functions class_exits was not finding it, i am not sure why, it could take hours to investigate so i just manually removed the call to the calss in the plugin, it will be fine until the next social connect update at least.

Keep in mind for future updates, should be working now.

I would play with it until you find the right setting, i think you are changing it now as “Chuo” is not working for me at the moment.
It could also be that it’s picking it up as another location, if you want to post wp-admin details i can try and help more?

Thanks for the info, this looks like a conflict of some sort, i could ask you to disable plugins one by one or you can send us your wp-admin details in a private reply (just tick the “Set as private reply” and onlystaff can see it) and we will take a look and see if we can resolve it quickly.

Hi Allyson,
If you mean the tab, just edit the listing and change the map zoom level to what you want. If you mean the sidebar widget, change it in the widget.

Hello,

These are likely widget settings, please go to Appearances>widgets and for the homepage map change the width to 100%.
Also for the other screenshot i am not sure if that is a listing page or another widget, if it’s homepage check there are categories selected for the widget.

is there a reason your WP version is not up to date?

I can see that something is adding an extra DESC to the query and breaking it, can you provide FTP so we can try and eliminate as much plugins as possible.

OK thanks, it’s as i suspected, http and https can’t share the login cookie and we don’t have a login screen page there, there are a few things we can do to fix this but i want to talk with Paolo about it first.

For now please just use the https url, it should work ok but might give you a warning about not being secure, just ignore it, there is no sensitive info passed there. https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/installing-addons/
