Why does it say Autonavi? Which is a Chinese map data company and then Kingway IT?….

It suggests the API data is provided by Autonavi licensed to kingway IT

Thanks. The easiest way would be to create page templates for each of the pages that are virtual. Is there any reason they can’t be standard WP pages and not virtual?

Also, I get that I can copy over all the templates to a child theme but there is no changelog that shows which of these are changed in updates. So is this something you can publish? Without this there is no way to make sure the updates happen unless GD updates don’t make any template changes.

Is there an update. Testing with the latest versions of GD & Multi Location

Each time a City is Selected, the Region is auto populated with data – this data is not required or correct in most cases for the cities I am using in Asia.

Is there a way to turn off Region auto data population?

What also happens is the city name is reset to the Region name, in a few cases which as mentioned above is not the required data.

While the data may exist somwhere in the Google API, its generally not used unless you are the govt or wikipedia – as in it is what a user would search for when trying to find a place online. Its pulling administrative local govt regions.

For now, I have overwritten Region with the word Asia and managed to save this instead but I guess this will have other implications and break something elsewhere?

In the original version of Location Manager this was not auto populated – so if you can suggest where to disable this in the code I can just do it myself. Please can you restore the freedom to set locations of our choosing or the option not to use it.

Sure it works great if your in USA or AU – but not for Asia
