Ok, I think we figured this out – reviews show up as comments in the dashboard and I had recently deleted a number (30+) ping backs without realizing a) reviews are actually stored as comments and b) the default filter is set to all comments so when I selected bulk comments from seeing all the ping backs, I most likely included the three reviews. Lesson learned!
I started a thread in their support forum as well and will follow-up here with anything they respond with.
I had backed up the files perhaps a week prior – I guess my concern is that, and I’m assuming, it resulted in the BuddyPress update and I’m not certain how the integration works, if it’s a bug, etc.
I’ll have to go back and look and see if I can do some digging around. More or less just wanted to bring it to someone’s attention. Like I said, not a big deal as there were only a few but I’ll certainly make sure I back stuff up more regularly before updating. Thanks.
January 6, 2018 at 6:38 pm in reply to: Copyright question and Directory Starter/Supreme Directory Update Question #411699Thanks, Stiofan. I think Kor was going to check on the other issue to makes sure everything was good to go before I proceeded with updating the themes.

Just to piggyback on this: I’ve tried to simply change the copyright date in the backend but keep getting “Something went wrong. Your change may not have been saved. Please try again. There is also a chance that you may need to manually fix and upload the file over FTP.”
I then added the code snippet, but it doesn’t appear to make any changes – is this because the code already exists in the Theme Functions? I can’t edit and save my changes without FTP setup so I’m not certain if it’s overriding the snippet.
Also, I have the notice for new versions of Directory Starter and Supreme Directory to update. Since this is my first time, I just want to make sure I’m understanding this correctly: any customizations made in Supreme Directory should be unaffected as it’s a child theme, correct?
Thanks!

December 15, 2017 at 6:45 pm in reply to: Advanced Search Not Showing All Related Locations To Pick #409714Is this something I can access in editor–>supreme directory or does it need to be done via the server? I did a quick search via editor and couldn’t find that pathway.

Ok, I think I found the problem: I had another Google Map installed on the page to show live traffic so that apparently is where the retired message was coming from. I deactivated it and I’m able to search again without errors (for now, at least!).
Hi Stiofan,
These are the errors that showed (see attachments). I’m pretty sure I followed the link in the backend to generate the key so I’m not sure why it’s saying a) it’s not authorized and b) it’s a retired version?
