I have been through that support doc but it really doesn’t help me.
They are not on recurring packages through a gateway. The franchises are all invoiced manually. Really need a way that they are not receiving an email for each franchise – some have over one hundred emails come in.
We used to be able to edit expiry date on the actual listing. The client isn’t that comfortable with the import/export process.
